Greater than 20 years back, healthcare consultants Ernest G, Flagg RN, MPA and Dr. Fredrick Leroy Salsman started a venture helping individuals turn business ideas into reality. At that time, the company was named Flagg & Associates and focused mainly on personal care businesses, but still healthcare consultants to our hearts.

However, over the years that has changed greatly. Now called Nursing & Behavioral Health Services (NBHS) we focus on healthcare business development, embrace national availability and possess some 20 healthcare consultants in-house and 50 nationally.

No matter how complicated the task, the NBHS team of healthcare consultants have the academic and professional background to assist with starting that healthcare business, redesigning that outdated or ineffective process and marketing that new business in 50 States.

Our healthcare consultants are diverse and span multiple disciplines – giving NBHS unique expertise essential to starting, managing and marketing your business. Our business models are include home and companion care, adult day program, group and personal care homes, transportation and staffing agency, sub-acute rehab facilities, mental health facilities and more.
